Users are encouraged to report instances of harmful behaviour or content for review. We value user feedback and continuously strive to improve our moderation processes. We recognize that moderation will have to be on a case by case basis as no moderation policy can encompass the complexity of user interactions. We strive to use our best judgements and our moderation team is committed to enforcing these principles fairly and transparently. Entities
Our platform prohibits the presence and promotion of entities or organisations that threaten individuals or communities, including terrorist groups and criminal organisations.
We do not tolerate the presence of entities known for enticing or conducting violent or heinous acts or with malicious intent, such as extremists or hate groups, and we will take action to remove any such individuals or entities.
We do not condone any content or individuals glorifying or supporting perpetrators of convicted criminals or acts of terrorism. Any such individual or content will be removed from our platform.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any individual or entity portraying a misleading or fake identity or engaging in deceptive or manipulative actions. We will take appropriate measures to remove individuals and content with misleading or deceptive identities.
Speech
Any content that entices, promotes, or justifies acts or threats of violence will be removed to ensure the safety of our users.
We will not tolerate content that entices, promotes, or justifies discriminatory or hostile speech toward individuals or groups.
Any content that entices, promotes, or justifies abuse or harassment toward groups or individuals will not be tolerated.
Any content that entices, promotes, or justifies any form of self-harm will be removed. In certain cases where Intree has been informed about the content, we will contact local emergency services. We urge every user that notices this to report it within the Intree app and to contact local emergency services.
We are actively combating the dissemination of intentional misinformation deemed harmful or destructive to our users, society, and public welfare.
Content
We combat the dissemination of sensitive or graphic content and safeguards users from distressing material.
Content that exploits individuals or involves nudity or sexual acts is strictly prohibited. Any user distributing such content will be removed and banned from entering our platform.
We actively combat the dissemination of manipulated media that intends to appear legitimate, including deep fakes and heavily manipulated images.
We respect intellectual property rights and prohibit the use and dissemination of unauthorised use of copyrighted material on our platform.
We prohibit covert advertising and promotional content that misleads users, and we will remove such content.
Conduct
We will remove any hateful, offensive, or discriminatory content, and perpetrators will be warned or removed depending on the severity of the offence.
The promotion or sale of illegal goods or services, such as drugs and firearms, is strictly prohibited. Any user engaged in criminal activities will be permanently banned.
We prioritise user privacy and will not tolerate sharing personal or private information without consent.
We implement robust security measures to ensure the integrity of our user's accounts. Any individual attempting to undermine these efforts or compromise the user's privacy will be banned from our platform.
Attempts to manipulate or exploit our platform maliciously are met with swift action.
We are committed to safeguarding democratic processes and working to ensure that any individual or content that seeks to undermine the foundations of society and electoral processes will be removed.
Promoting ideologies based on hate or discrimination against individuals or groups is strictly prohibited, and appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that the platform is a safe environment for all users.
