A “Provider” is Intree’s name for an entity that creates Treets. It could be a brand or a single person.

Packs are a neat way to organise Treets in a bundle. Packs can have an application gate and a monthly or one-time subscription for members to access.

No. Every Intree Hub user can create Treets.

Creating multiple community or Provider profiles requires you to verify your account. The verification process is straightforward and can be done from the Intree Hub dashboard.

All Treets display a unique company ID that can be used to verify the origin of the Treet. See your Unique Company ID in account settings on the Intree Hub dashboard.

Yes. Intree Hub is ideal for giving your employees access to a space to socialise and gain employee benefits from your business and partners.

Intree Hub is free to use as a community management tool and for Providers who create Treets.

The only costs associated with the platform are if you create Packs to share Treets with members.

Then the payment model is as follows:
If you create a member-paid Pack, Intree takes a 12% cut of the transactions. This means if you sell one Pack for 10 USD, intree takes 1.2 USD.

If you choose the “Community Owner” payment type, members will not be charged for accessing the Pack. However, there is a minimum charge of 0.75 USD per member who accesses this Pack. This amount covers the Stripe fees and Intree minimum commission of 12% with a minimum of 0.20 cents per member. This amount is charged at the end of the billing period.
