What is a Basic Pass?
A Basic Pass allows you to distribute Treets directly to community members. However, members cannot share Treets from a Basic Pass with others.
What is an Ambassador Pass?
An Ambassador Pass lets you distribute Treets to community members, who can then share them with their own network, expanding your reach.
What counts as a Pass Claim?
A Pass Claim occurs whenever a unique user joins or purchases an Ambassador Pass. Each unique user is counted toward your plan's claim limit.
What is the difference between standard and advanced sharing?
Standard Sharing allows members with an Ambassador Pass to share Treets outside your community, while Advanced Sharing lets recipients further share Treets with custom limits set by you.
What are the fees associated with paid Passes?
Intree charges a 12% transaction fee on all paid Pass purchases, with a minimum Pass price of €2. Additional Stripe fees may occur.
What can I do with the partnership feature?
The Partnership Feature allows you to share Treets with other Intree Hub users, enabling them to distribute the Treets to their own members.
